The vision God gave to Pastor Mpilo Ndlela from the very beginning was never meant to be narrow. From the moment it was revealed, it was clear that this ministry would span across the Church, the family, the school, the marketplace, the arts, and the nations.
Each of the eight ministry arms operates with its own identity, its own leadership, and its own mandate — yet all are united under one banner: the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Where one arm cannot reach, another does. Together, they form a complete and comprehensive expression of the Gospel.
This is not a ministry of programmes. It is a ministry of people — raised, equipped, and sent to fulfil their God-given purpose in every corner of society.

Planting & Establishing
Kingdom Churches
At the heart of everything we do is the local church — the pillar and foundation of truth, the family of God, and the primary vehicle through which God transforms communities.
Our church-planting ministry exists to identify strategic locations — whether in established cities, underserved townships, or rural communities — where the presence of a strong, healthy, Bible-believing church is most needed.
Every church we establish is mentored through its early years — provided with trained leadership, theological grounding, pastoral support, and practical tools for sustainable growth.
An Evangelistic Ministry
That Plants as it Proclaims
The Gospel is meant to be taken — not waited for. Our evangelistic ministry deploys trained teams into communities, townships, and regions where the Good News of Jesus Christ has yet to take root.
What makes our approach distinctive is the combination of proclamation and planting. Our evangelistic teams don't simply hold crusades and move on. They go into communities, lead people to Christ, establish discipleship groups, and lay the groundwork for permanent local churches. Every evangelistic outreach is a seed planted with the long-term vision of a thriving congregation.
Team members are trained in personal evangelism, open-air preaching, compassion outreach, follow-up discipleship, and cross-cultural communication. We equip ordinary believers to become extraordinary witnesses wherever they go — at work, in their neighbourhoods, and in distant communities.
Restoring Families,
Rebuilding Marriages
The family is the first institution God ever created — and it remains the foundational building block of every healthy society. When families are strong, communities are strong. When marriages break down, nations feel it.
Our family ministry is dedicated to restoring, strengthening, and rebuilding marital life through the unchanging truth of the Word of God. We work with couples at every stage — from those preparing for marriage and those newly wed, to those navigating the complex seasons of raising children, to those facing the brink of breakdown. No marriage is beyond God's ability to heal.
Through marriage enrichment retreats, premarital counselling, pastoral counselling sessions, family conferences, and parenting workshops, we equip couples with practical biblical tools to build homes that reflect the glory of God. We also work with single parents, blended families, and adult children seeking to heal generational wounds — because God's redemption extends to every family structure.
Appointing Musicians
for the Kingdom
Music is one of God's most powerful tools. It enters where preaching cannot, breaks what argument cannot, and heals what medicine cannot. We believe musicians are not entertainers — they are ministers, and they must be rooted in the Word.
Our music ministry exists to discover, groom, and establish musicians in the Word of God — not simply in musical technique. We provide comprehensive training that develops gifted worshippers, songwriters, instrumentalists, and choir leaders who understand that anointing flows from intimacy with God, not from talent alone.
We mentor musicians through the full spectrum of ministry — from individual devotional life and character development, to stage presence and prophetic worship leading. We also provide platforms for original Kingdom music to be recorded, released, and heard — because the body of Christ needs fresh voices and fresh sounds that carry Heaven's message to the earth.
Taking the Gospel into
Academic Institutions
The school is the first major institution a child encounters outside the home. It shapes values, identity, and destiny. We believe the Gospel of Christ belongs in every classroom, every assembly hall, and every student's heart.
Our schools ministry — known for its Destiny Seminars of Excellence — takes the Gospel and its practical implications directly into primary and secondary schools. We partner with principals, educators, and school governing bodies to address the real challenges facing today's students: academic pressure, substance abuse, peer influence, broken family dynamics, lack of purpose, and moral confusion.
The results have been extraordinary. At New Millennium College in Kempton Park, our ministry's five-year partnership contributed to multiple consecutive 100% matric pass rates — a school record and a national benchmark. Students are impacted not only academically but wholly: spiritually, emotionally, morally, and in their sense of destiny. We are available to any school that opens its doors to us.
Gathering the Body
to Build the Kingdom
There are moments when the people of God must gather — to be refreshed, re-aligned, equipped, and sent back into their assignments with fresh fire. Our conference ministry creates those moments.
We host strategic Kingdom conferences that bring together pastors, leaders, families, youth, businesspeople, and believers from across denominations, cities, and nations. Our conferences are not events — they are divine appointments, where the Word is preached with power, relationships are forged, and individuals receive impartation and direction for the next season of their lives.
Each conference is themed around a specific Kingdom mandate — whether leadership development, family restoration, prophetic ministry, wealth creation, or church strengthening. Our speakers are chosen for their anointing, depth of the Word, and integrity of character. Conferences are held locally and nationally, and we are expanding our footprint across Southern Africa and beyond.
Igniting Revival Across
the Body of Christ
The Church of Jesus Christ was not designed to be ordinary, lukewarm, or powerless. We were born in a revival on the day of Pentecost, and we are called to carry that fire — in every generation, in every nation, until the Lord returns.
Our revival ministry exists to bring fresh awakening to the body of Christ — to stir up the gifts of the Spirit that have grown dormant, to restore the fear of God that has been lost, and to ignite a deep, personal, transforming encounter with the living God across churches and communities. We believe revival is not a historical event to be studied — it is a present reality to be experienced.
We conduct revival meetings, prayer gatherings, prophetic services, and extended seasons of soaking worship that create an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to move freely. We partner with local churches who are hungry for more, bringing a ministry that does not compete with what God is already doing — but adds fuel to the fire already burning. Lives are saved, bodies are healed, deliverances take place, and communities are shaken by the power of God.
Teaching God's People
to Prosper Through Their Hands
God's intention has never been for His people to live in perpetual dependency — receiving donations as a way of life. His Word is clear: "Whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10). The ability to create wealth is a gift He places in human hands.
Our wealth ministry is built on a radical but biblical conviction: every person God created has been equipped with a skill, a gift, or an ability that — when developed, deployed, and submitted to Kingdom principles — can generate sustainable income, build wealth, and finance the advancement of the Gospel. We reject the culture of dependency and embrace the theology of diligence, creativity, and excellence.
Through workshops, business mentorship, financial literacy training, entrepreneurship development, and practical skills programmes, we help individuals discover what they carry in their hands and teach them how to build with it. We walk alongside emerging entrepreneurs, equip marketplace believers to honour God in business, and show communities that godly prosperity is not a distant dream — it is a lived reality for those who apply Kingdom principles. Our wealth ministry is also a direct funding pipeline for the other ministry arms — as believers prosper, the work of the Gospel advances.
